  • Jean-Baptiste Massenez started a small Spirits (Eau de Vie / Schnaps) production in 1870, in the village of Urbeis.

  • Eugene Massenez kept the business afloat despite the two World Wars.

  • Gabriel Massenez, after World War II, reconstructed and founded the G. E. MASSENEZ distillery, reaching world wide recognition.

  • Nowadays, the charismatic Manou Massenez continues to develop the brand all over the world.
